Richard A. Daniel

President

As President of Aluminum Line Products, Rich is actively involved in the executive leadership of the company, directing asset management, maintaining policies, and planning. He has been a member of the Aluminum Line team for more than 14 years.   Over the course of his professional career, Rich served as CFO with responsibility for financial reporting, systems, and internal controls which includes over 17 years of Financial Management and Public Accounting experience with Emerson Electric and Deloitte. He is a proud graduate of Auburn University with a certification in Public Accounting.

James E. Guerin

Chief Strategy Officer
Since starting in 1998, Jim quickly became an integral part of the leadership team for the past 20+ years during a period of significant growth.  His responsibilities include Client Growth and Retention, Sales Reporting, Marketing of the business as well as the Leadership of ALPCO’S entire sales group.  As an Indiana State University graduate, Jim’s career has included 15 years with Alumax where he was Vice President of Sales for the Semi-Solid Forgings Group and National Sales Manager for Mill Products along with 5 years at Central Steel & Wire.  

Jim Bush

Director of Sales & Marketing

As one of ALPCO’S newest members, Jim Bush brings over 25 years of Sales Management, Marketing Leadership and Strategy Formulation experience with market leading B-to-B manufacturers.  A native of Sewickley, PA, Jim is a proud graduate of Saint Bonaventure University in Olean, NY with a BA in Marketing.  Over the course of his professional career, Jim has managed global sales, marketing and customer service teams focused on a wide array of markets that include Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Products, Agriculture and Water Treatment.  Prior to joining ALPCO, Jim was Director/VP of Sales & Marketing at Univertical which is a global manufacturer of metals and chemicals for the plating industry.

Gregory P. Thompson

Operations Manager
A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Greg began his metals career in 1977 with Ryerson Steel in Carnegie, PA as an Inside Fabrication Sales Representative.   Over the course of his 33-year career with Ryerson, he held various positions in Sales and Sales Management including General Line Outside Sales Representative and Fabrication Manager before relocating to Cleveland in 1998.  He became a member of the ALPCO team in January of 2011 as the Inside Sales Manager and was named Operations Manager in November of 2016.   A proud graduate of Lafayette College, Greg earned a BA in Economics.

Ray Avramovich

Controller
Ray earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Akron and CPA from the state of Ohio. Prior to joining ALPCO, Ray was the Americas Controller for Arcelormittal Tailored Blanks which has plants in Pioneer OH, Murfreesboro TN and Detroit MI as well as serving as CFO for Stock Equipment Company in Chagrin Falls, OH.  Ray began his career with Babcock and Wilcox and served 17 years in numerous positions at Barberton OH, Wickliffe OH, Chagrin Falls OH, Dallas TX and Lynchburg VA.

Paul Colella

Director of Supply Chain Management

Paul earned his BA in Business Management from Walsh University along with an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Prior to joining ALPCO, Paul held supply chain leadership positions at other Cleveland based companies which include Eberhard Manufacturing, Swagelok Company, and most recently The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Over the past 30 years of Paul’s career, he has managed both Procurement and Supply Chain organizations in the Automotive Tier 1, Consumer Products, and Industrial / Vehicular hardware industries.

Kaitlin Kuehn

HR Generalist
After 13 years of training teams in the hospitality industry, Kaitlin is excited to join the ALPCO team as our HR Generalist. She is a proud graduate of Ohio University, where she earned a BS in journalism. She also has an MBA in Human Resource Management from Baldwin Wallace University, and is a licensed Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management. As an HR professional, she plans to uphold the highest standards in quality and safety while promoting the talented workforce here at ALPCO.

Josh Clark

General Manager, Elkhart Facility
Josh has been a member of the ALPCO team since 2014.  He is the General Manager of our Manufacturing and Distribution facility in Elkhart Indiana.  He studied Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Graphics while attending Purdue University.  Josh has spent the last 10 years in metals fabricating and assembly, consisting of roles in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations.  Josh works with our Elkhart Team to provide maximum customer service while utilizing the safest, highest quality and most efficient means possible.
