As President of Aluminum Line Products, Rich is actively involved in the executive leadership of the company, directing asset management, maintaining policies, and planning. He has been a member of the Aluminum Line team for more than 14 years. Over the course of his professional career, Rich served as CFO with responsibility for financial reporting, systems, and internal controls which includes over 17 years of Financial Management and Public Accounting experience with Emerson Electric and Deloitte. He is a proud graduate of Auburn University with a certification in Public Accounting.

As one of ALPCO’S newest members, Jim Bush brings over 25 years of Sales Management, Marketing Leadership and Strategy Formulation experience with market leading B-to-B manufacturers. A native of Sewickley, PA, Jim is a proud graduate of Saint Bonaventure University in Olean, NY with a BA in Marketing. Over the course of his professional career, Jim has managed global sales, marketing and customer service teams focused on a wide array of markets that include Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Products, Agriculture and Water Treatment. Prior to joining ALPCO, Jim was Director/VP of Sales & Marketing at Univertical which is a global manufacturer of metals and chemicals for the plating industry.

Paul earned his BA in Business Management from Walsh University along with an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Prior to joining ALPCO, Paul held supply chain leadership positions at other Cleveland based companies which include Eberhard Manufacturing, Swagelok Company, and most recently The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Over the past 30 years of Paul’s career, he has managed both Procurement and Supply Chain organizations in the Automotive Tier 1, Consumer Products, and Industrial / Vehicular hardware industries.
