CNC Punching
High quality metal punching
Aluminum Line Products offers high quality metal punching with our Amada CNC Turret Punch Presses for both custom and standard shapes.
Computer numerically controlled (CNC) punching is a sheet and plate process performed by a CNC punch press. The CNC punch press moves the material to the correct position below the punch ram. A variety of punching tools allow us to punch the desired shape according to drawing requirements. Our precision punching services, with our 22-ton and 30-ton high-speed capabilities, produce parts of exceptional quality with close-tolerance requirements. Our computer assisted nesting software guarantees the best material utilization, which in turn saves you money and prevents waste.
Our CNC Turret Punch Press machines are the most efficient way to produce precision fabricated metal products with many holes.
